We analyze the potential location in detail, through detailed market analysis, verification of pedestrian and vehicular flows and, we collaborate with the customer in determining the potential turnover expressed.

Architecture and Design

We develop an urban planning technical due diligence in order to determine the feasibility of the operation; subsequently we take care of drawing up a preliminary design to allow the customer to have an overview of the project.

We develop the project in its entirety and take care of its execution.

We support the client in the management of real estate assets, taking care of the correct maintenance of the properties, the management of relations with the public administration and relations with users.
